Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10 years of age. I started dog day care and boarding in 2022.I then gained my licence from Stoke on trent city council quite quickly and have been inspected and re approved. I am now 5 star rated by Stoke on trent council after receiving the 2 year inspection. I am fully insured and can also groom your pet whilst they are staying here. We can cater for all types of dogs, ranging from small to extra large. A meet and greet is arranged primarily to determine that your dog will be happy staying with us. This also gives you and your dog the opportunity to meet us and view our pet friendly home. We have a large enclosed garden and full cctv around the property. All dogs are treated as our own whilst staying with us. This is my full time job and dogs staying with us are supervised at all times. Delphi had a fabulous time with Jacqueline and clearly enjoyed her time there. We were very impressed with Jacqueline's professionalism and attention to detail which gave us total confidence leaving our labrador with her for the day. We really appreciated the meet and greet prior to leaving Delphi with her which gave us a chance to see how clean, safe, secure and well organised the garden and house is, the whole place is dedicated to providing a great environment for the dogs. Jacqueline is a registered dog boarder and meets all the requirements for licensing and had an inspection the day we visited. Needless to say, she passed as her place is exemplary. We certainly won't hesitate to leave Delphi with Jacqueline again in the future.
Thank you to Jacqui for watching our dog Hamish today to allow us to go to Alton Towers for the day while travelling in our motorhome on holiday. He seemed to have enjoyed himself very much with the other dogs! Slept since we picked him up! Will definitely use Jacqui again if we are down this way again (we are based in Scotland). Thanks for taking great care of our boy.

It would be helpful if you could let me know of any special needs , medications , routines etc so that I can accommodate. The vaccinations must be up to date and the last vaccination at least 2 weeks prior to the visit to protect other dogs . The vaccination card must be seen at the meet and greet All fleeing and worming must be up to date and recorded on the information form we give you for your dog.
A typical day
My typical day starts with greeting the dogs at 6am , letting them out for the toilet. All dogs fed at 7am. We offer 2 walks per day and at least 3 playtime sessions with other dogs and toys with the owners permission. Regular toilet breaks throughout the day. Safe transport facilities. A safe secure large garden for all dogs to have the free run of. Full cctv and audio surrounding the house. Procedures on puppies, exercise , infection control , noise control, transportation, Monitoring, enrichment, escape, prescribed medicine, emergency plan etc . All dogs are aloud to sit in the living room with us at night to un wind and treated as our own. All dogs are let out for the toilet before bedtime at 10/11 pm.
