I am starting nursing school in August, but until then I am completely free to take care of your pets. Once I start school, my schedule will change slightly, but I will still be available! I, unfortunately, cannot offer boarding, but I am more than happy to offer house sitting, overnight care, and drop in visits during the day as needed.

Whatever your pet needs, I am willing to do it! I can stick to a strict feeding and medication schedule if needed. I will play with your pets, or just have a lazy day if couch potato is more their style! If your pets go out at certain times, get crated, or have to be separated for feeding, I can do it. If your pet is a bit skittish with new people, I will take the time to have them get comfortable with me and avoid stressing them out in an already stressful situation. They will be in great hands 🩷

Please let me know feeding times and amounts, allergies, medication schedules, favorite activities/toys, medical issues, whether they can have treats or be on furniture, & behavioral issues (food aggression, certain animals need to be separated, tendency to bite, crating, etc.) so I can be aware of everything before the visit! Also, any rules you have for your home so I do not cross any boundaries :)
A typical day
If you have an energetic pup or kitty, I am more than happy to play the day away with them! If your dog is good on a leash, I can provide them with a walk around your neighborhood. If not, I can provide lots of mental stimulation in the yard or in the house with treat games, throwing the ball, tug of war, you name it! If that’s not really your pet’s style, I’ll just chill out with them and give them lots of attention and cuddles.

Pet care experience
I’ve always had an abundance of dogs and cats all throughout my life. I’ve always had large breed dogs, but I am no stranger to small breeds as well! I’ve had puppies and senior dogs, so I have experience kind of all across the board. I have four kittens that I raised and bottle fed, as well as senior cats. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was 13. I also have experience as a veterinary technician! I am comfortable administering medication if your pet needs it. I will love your pets like they’re my own, and I am very accommodating to your schedule! I am also open to horse care as well! I do not have horses of my own, but I have a few clients that I feed for, so equine care could be discussed if needed 😊

Jacqueline has a unique love of animals of all kinds. She has been around animals all her life. She not only has a household full of fur babies of her own she also has a knowledge of caring for them. As a student of veterinary medicine she has also worked with and learned from 2 different doctors of veterinary medicine. Not only would I trust her completely with my animals, I would prefer her. She is caring, kind and compassionate with animals and as a person. I recommend Jacqueline 100 percent to care for your fur babies big and small.
