Jackie and Kevin are amazing!! They’re are so kind and attentive to our dogs. They are a great go to :)

My dogs recently stayed with Jackie and everything went as well as expected. She was easy to communicate with, clearly enjoyed the dogs, and was able to accommodate my schedule. I would be happy to book with her again.

I'm currently overseas, and my husband needed to be away for a few days so we needed a sitter to leave our Thor with. Thor is a very smart, loving, and dog friendly medium size mini Australian Shepherd. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and concerned with Thor’s stay. I received no photos or updates during his stay , and only got an update because I had to ask. Even after asking, I received only one photo of him outside with two other dogs. My husband arrived at the agreed pickup time, but he hadn’t called ahead, so Thor wasn’t ready yet which was completely fine with my husband. My husband didn’t mind waiting while they gathered his things. What concerned us was Thor’s reaction when he came around the corner and saw him. He seemed unusually cautious and skittish, ears down, and walking slowly and it took him a little while to approach my husband normally. That’s not like Thor at all. He’s usually so excited to see us or anybody he loves that we call him “wiggle butt,” and he sometimes even pees from excitement. At drop-off, he’d been so excited and pulling on the leash with Kevin, someone he had never met just to go inside because of other dogs' scent. Thor also had noticeable dried feces matted into the fur around his rear. It was clearly not fresh and my husband had to remove it from his fur when they got home. Most concerning, Thor immediately went for his water bowl when he got home. He finished what was left, then drank about half of a freshly refilled bowl. Within a couple of hours, the bowl was empty again. Seemed like none of the treats we provided for Thor were given to him either. The lack of updates, his dirty condition, unusual behavior at pickup, and extreme thirst when he got home collectively left us very uncomfortable with his stay. I would not leave Thor here again.

Our pup seemed to enjoy his time with Jackie and Kevin. I appreciated the prompt replies and good communication.

Jackie and Kevin were great! My dog can be timid but she took to them right away. Both of the dogs came back happy and well taken care of. We also had some flight issues coming back and they were super kind and understanding about it.
