I work as both a personal trainer and at the airport, so my schedule varies throughout the week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my most flexible days. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, I’m typically available early in the morning and in the evenings. Saturdays vary depending on my work schedule, but I’m always happy to communicate and find visit times that work for both of us. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent care and keep you updated every step of the way.
