I care about paying attention to body language, no dog or cat is the same & that’s where it all starts especially with those who struggle. Every animal is treated like they are my own. I love them all, so whether they want to cuddle or be left alone, they get it all. Play time, puzzles, treats, naps, walks, etc.

Let me know of any special needs of behaviors to watch out for & take proper care of. Any allergies they may have. Their likes & dislikes, of course. There is never too much information you could give me, I prefer knowing as much as possible!
Un día normal
For a regular walk, we can take a short car ride to the right place for them to get out their energy, preferably without other animals even if they like others, I am treating them as delicate precious cargo!! I provide treats, I have every protein & some that are apple/peanut butter, blueberry, etc… If they are limited, I ask that you leave some accessible for me so they can be extra happy. If I’m dog sitting for you, they’ll spend their days around the house & sunbathing outside if they prefer to. Unlimited potty breaks, unlimited cuddles, I work from home so they’ll be with me all day. There’s grass, rocks, dirt, concrete, whatever texture they may prefer lol. There’s time all day to play with toys or watch TV. I have different levels of dog puzzles that I keep clean & sanitized. If they like going to the pet store, they can tag along! By leash or in a stroller… I prefer to feed breakfast and dinner instead of once a day, with treats in between. If they’re used to sleeping in a kennel at night, they can do so OR if they’re used to sleeping in bed or on the floor in their bed, they’re welcome to rest wherever!

I’ve been surrounded with animals my entire life, from dogs and cats to birds, reptiles, hamsters, chickens, horses… The list goes on and on. I’m extremely familiar & comfortable with reactive dogs & cats. I have a few myself. I know what it takes… I can also manage the struggle of taking medication if it’s not easy for the pet, mine are fighters but I’ve known others that have no problem as well. I love puppies, adults & seniors. I’ve fostered kittens & dogs. I have always been the go to pet sitter for my friends & family, ever since I was a child. I can’t imagine life without it.

Ivy was so great with Sky and gave me updates as to how she was doing while watching her. I plan to use her again!
I have two reactive dogs that tend to not do well with many people. So when I had a family emergency 8 states away, I really started to panic. They can’t come with me & they can’t go into boarding. There’s a dog boutique with grooming that I go to for food & treats every week. I went in to grab some extra supplies & I figured I’ll ask the girls behind the counter if they have any recommendations for me. They referred me to Ivy! She immediately agreed to start with a meet and greet that day since it was my off day. We met at a park near my house, I was nervous but she seemed to know how to keep my boys comfortable & trusting. It all went well! So we proceeded to go to my house, we got my boys used to her being inside & around their things. She wanted to do a follow up the next day to really make an impression on them. We ended up never having a problem with them being scared or uncomfortable. She then watched them for a whole week! I got daily check ins, pictures, she really treated them like her own. When I returned home, I was surprised to come home to a clean place. No dust, no dog hair, the boys even had a bath!!! She went above and beyond. I am forever thankful. It’s been 6 years now!!! I’m finally able to get away without stress. I’ve started to plan vacations around her schedule since I can trust and believe my boys will be okay. She’s trustworthy for sure.
I found Ivy through a family friend referral to help watch my two bengal cats while I’m away traveling for work. She came to my house to watch them for a week (7 full days) and I had no issues the whole time and was a total breeze! One of my cats is super scared of new people but after a day or so of her coming in to feed and take care of them, he warmed up to her and even sat on the couch with her! She also recommended putting them on a better quality food and gave me lots of info on nutrition for my boys. She is definitely who I go to when I need someone to watch them. Thanks Ivy!
