Bella is detail oriented and follows all pet care instructions to the letter. She is also a responsive and detailed communicator and always provides me with regular updates on how my cat is doing. I have never been left wondering if my cat was ok or if Bella was taking care of her properly. I can also attest that Bella thoroughly prepares for possible emergencies, as each time I leave for a trip, she double checks that she has updated health and vet information. She has never needed to use that info but it puts my mind at ease to know that she takes that possibility very seriously.
