I’m a full-time receptionist, but can definitely be flexible around my day job schedule with proper notice! I love taking care of pets as it’s a complete pivot from my normal monotony, and it feeds into my love of animals.

I provide gentle, engaged care for pets, focused on learning specifically about each pet’s unique personality and needs. For any housesitting requests, I’ll ask plenty of questions during the M&G to ensure I’m taking care of your home the way you want me to, as well. All pets deserve the world, and I just want to make sure they’re comfortable and happy!

If it’s a weekday, I would start off the morning with light play (10-15 minutes, depending on if time allows) and a feeding. I’d need to be at work for my whole eight-hour shift barring emergencies, so I will discuss both before and during a M&G what measures should be taken to ensure your pet is comfortable while I’m gone. Once I’m home, though - expect more enriching play time, combined with time for a ton of loves, brushes, and cuddles (if your pet is a fan)! I’d follow the night/morning meals with medication and supplements as needed, as well.

Hi! I’m Izzy. I am an NYC native and animal enthusiast! I hold a Red Cross Animal First Aid/CPR Certification and am experienced in giving your furry friends medication orally, or via liquid/injection. I have worked mainly with senior pets, but am open to working with lovelies of all ages! By day, I am a law firm receptionist. I will therefore need to be out of the house between 8:30-4:30 during all weekday bookings. If you want constant care for your pet, I recommend booking me over a weekend!

Izzy was a very attentive and communicative sitter. When my cat had an unfortunately timed flare up of chronic skin issues, I got daily updates on medicine application and photos of the affected area. Messages were frequent and detailed, and I returned home to some happy cats and a clean apartment.
I've only ever seen and heard good things about Isabel and her care for pets. I would absolutely love for her to petsit for me again! It was an all around amazing experience. Thank you, Isabel!
Isabel was very communicative, which put us at ease during our travels. She always answered quickly and was very thorough in her inquiries about our pet's preferences and habits. While we were away she would send pictures and anecdotes from our cat, which we loved recieving! Our cat is very skiddish, but Isabel gained her trust and by the end of her time our cat would wait for her impatiently at the door! When we got home we found our cat happy and well-fed. We highly recommend Isabel!
Isabel is a wonderful pet lover who adores pets of all types. She adores spending time with animals and loves to take care of them. She pays great attention to any and all furry friends and they bring her great comfort as well!
