Work-From-Home Dog Care

Hi, I’m Irina — a full-time dog sitter in Forest Hills who works from home, so your dog is never left alone. I provide calm, attentive care with frequent walks, updates, and lots of love while you're away. I enjoy taking dogs on neighborhood walks, and my building also has a private dog park. For longer outings, I often drive to parks in Queens so dog and I can enjoy fresh air and exercise. I follow each dog’s routine closely so they feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I specialize in small and medium dogs and am always happy to arrange a quick meet-and-greet so everyone feels comfortable before the stay.

I can’t say enough great things about this dog boarding experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear my dog was in caring, capable hands. What really stood out was how she took the time to care for my dog at her own pace, making sure she felt comfortable and safe the entire stay. I came back to a happy, pooped out pup, which says everything. Highly recommend!

Irina clearly loves dogs and it shows. She kept me updated with regular photos and videos, took my dog on frequent walks, and her home seemed like a safe and comfortable environment. However, midway through our two-week booking, she had to cancel the remaining stay. I was overseas at the time, and she offered to find another sitter through Rover to take over. I understand things come up, but I don't think many pet owners would feel comfortable with that — having your dog passed off to a complete stranger mid-stay. I ended up having to urgently arrange for my dog to be picked up by family while I was still abroad. It was a stressful situation that could have been avoided. She may be well-suited for calm, low-maintenance dogs but for situations that require more flexibility and contingency planning, I'd say her experience may be a bit limited.

Being new to the neighborhood, we are so happy we found Irina to care for our beloved 9 year old dog while we were away on a weeklong vacation. From the very start, she took the time to meet us beforehand and made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the week, Irina sent incredible photos and videos that truly put our minds at rest, it honestly looked like our pup was on his own little dogcation! You could tell she genuinely cared. She messaged us with any concerns and made sure we were always in the loop. Our dog trusted her completely, and we could see how well he was being looked after. Irina is a true gem, and as new locals still finding our footing in the neighborhood, we feel so lucky to have found her. We'll absolutely be booking her again for short stays, long stays, and everything in between! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been working with dogs for years and run my own dog walking business, so I recognize good instincts right away — and Irina truly has them. She’s calm, attentive, and naturally connects with dogs, making them feel comfortable and secure almost immediately. She’s also very reliable and communicative, and treats every dog like her own. I would trust her with any dog without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter. — David

Safety, trust & environment

I live in a clean, quiet, pet-friendly apartment in Queens that provides a calm environment for visiting dogs. My building also has a private dog park, and I regularly take dogs on neighborhood walks or to larger parks nearby for exercise and fresh air. I follow each dog’s routine closely and make sure they feel comfortable and safe. I can also care for pets in your home and always treat every pet and home with the same respect and attention I would expect for my own.
