Iejnno took great care of our two energetic dogs and one needy cat while we were on a long (1.5 week) trip! The pets are remarkably relaxed when we got back, and the house was clean and tidy! We have booked worn Iejnno several times, and he always does a good job (and takes great photos)!

***Do Not Trust Iejnno Ortiz With Your Pet (PLEASE READ)*** Our experience with this sitter was disturbing and unacceptable, and I feel a strong responsibility to warn other pet owners about what happened. Over a two-week stay, he repeatedly violated our instructions, neglected our dog’s most basic needs, and betrayed the trust we placed in him. We hired Iejnno to provide live-in care for our dog, Finley, while we were away. He agreed to stay overnight every night and ensure Finley got plenty of exercise, attention, and enrichment. Instead, in just the first few days of our trip, he vanished overnight at least three times, leaving Finley crated and completely alone for stretches of over 15 hours — without food, water, or a bathroom break. It wasn’t until we confronted him mid-booking that he finally began sleeping at our house again. Throughout the stay, Finley was crated far more than necessary — often for 10 to 13 hours a day, every day. This wasn’t safety-based crating. It was simply neglect. Our explicit request for one to two hours of daily exercise was ignored; most days Finley only got a brief 15–30 minute walk, and on some days even less than that. We had left bully sticks, brand new toys, and frozen treats to keep Finley entertained and happy — all of which were untouched and exactly where we left them two weeks earlier. What was even more concerning was that without telling us, he brought another animal into our home — a blatant violation of the house rules and our trust. Yes, Iejnno sent us occasional photos of Finley on walks, which might have appeared reassuring to someone without full context. But the reality behind those few snapshots was far different. For example, he claimed to have taken Finley on a trip to the mountains, but not a single update or photo was shared from that outing. Without our outdoor cameras and door lock recordings, we never would have known the extent of what was happening. By the time we returned, Finley was showing clear signs of stress and anxiety that we had never seen in him before — pacing, shaking, and whining for attention from the prolonged isolation and neglect. This wasn’t a simple oversight or an honest mistake. It was a consistent pattern of deception, negligence, and disregard for our dog’s well-being. Please do not be fooled by his polished reviews or friendly messages. If you truly value your pet’s well-being, do not hire this sitter. The risk is not worth it.

Loved working with lejnno. Kept in contact with photos daily. Did allthat we asked and went above and beyond. Worked with our changing schedules. Took great care of our anxious Pitty and velociraptor Labrador. Would use again :)

We booked Iejnno for house sitting and the meet and greet went well, but at the last minute I decided it would be good for him to come out and do a walk with me and my dog Tali before his longer stay. Tali can be a bit wary of new people so I thought it would be beneficial for her to spend a little more time with him and so I could show him the training we’ve done to help with her reactivity. He agreed to come out again with just a couple days notice. Thanks, Iejnno!

Iejnno was great! I’m a very particular and nervous dog mom, and Iejnno helped put me at ease by sending tons of photos, videos, and updates on each day of his stay. My dog Tali seemed happy and very well cared for. Would definitely book with Iejnno again!
