We are a family of three: my husband, myself, and our 7-year-old daughter. I work from home as a freelancer. In the past, I had the joy of raising two dogs, one of whom had a disability in its leg. I cared for that dog with love and dedication until its final days. Although I am not currently in a position to have a dog of my own, I would love to care for dogs in need of temporary support.
A typical day
I can play with the dog using toys, including playing fetch with a ball, and take it on frequent walks. Since we have a 7-year-old child at home, it could be a great opportunity for a dog that enjoys playing with kids.
