I’ve grown up with dogs all around me from puppies to senior dogs. I taking care of family and friends animals, waking dogs or looking after animals while family is on holiday. I’ve also have experience with exotic pets having had chinchillas, and helping family look after reptiles like snakes and chameleons.

Hunter started to walk my greyhound when i was taken ill with a stoke, i was unsure about this at first as he can be stubborn , however after only a couple of walks he now looks forward to going out with Hunter.

At home, I keep a calm and pet-safe space, with plenty of enrichment and rest areas, especially for multi-pet households. I’m attentive to details like leash safety, pet-proofing, feeding instructions, and any specific behavioural needs.

Before any booking, I like to ask about your pet’s age, breed, medical needs, allergies, and behaviour, especially on walks or around strangers. I also ask how you prefer them to be walked, what meals or treats they enjoy, how well they respond to commands, and anything that might help me keep them safe and happy. Whether your dog is protective, fearful, or just extra playful, I’ll adjust my care to suit their personality.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes enriching walks with moments of training and engagement along the way, whether that’s recall practice, loose-leash walking, or games that keep their brains working. I tailor the day depending on the pet’s needs: active dogs get plenty of exercise, while senior or shy pets get gentler companionship and affection. Cats get playtime, grooming if they enjoy it, and a calm presence while you’re away.

I’ve just completed my Fine Art degree and am now building my art career, and caring for pets is the perfect complement to that. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. I’m calm, observant, and great at reading body language, whether I’m with an excitable puppy or a more nervous animal. I’m based locally and excited to start offering reliable and thoughtful pet care. I have full availability throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. I do have a light cleaning job for just a few hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but otherwise, I’m fully flexible. This makes it easy for me to build a consistent routine with your pet or be available on short notice if needed.
