My husband Daniel (registered Rover sitter) and I also had the opportunity to care for an older dog who struggled with body pain, which taught me how important it is to be patient, compassionate, and attentive to special needs. Hilary and Daniel were great! They were super responsive to texts and very accommodating when our plans changed twice. They stayed up late so that we could pick up our dog on our drive home and even cut his nails!

“I’m a full-time mom, which means I have plenty of time to devote to caring for pets. My little one is curious, careful, and respectful around animals, and our home is full of love for furry friends. Whether we see them every day or just occasionally, there’s always space in our hearts (and home) for another pet — we can never have enough love to give! In addition, my husband Daniel and I are both registered Rover sitters. We share the responsibility of pet care and are passionate animal lovers. With us, your pets will always be supervised, safe, and surrounded by love.”

A typical day
“A typical day with me as your pet sitter is centered around your pet’s comfort and routine. In the morning, I start the day with fresh water, breakfast, and some playtime or a walk to help them burn energy. Throughout the day, I make sure pets get plenty of attention — from belly rubs to interactive play — and I follow any special instructions you provide, such as feeding schedules, medications, or crate training. Since I’m home full-time, I’m able to give frequent potty breaks, play sessions, and lots of snuggles. In the evening, we wind down with another walk or some quiet time together, making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved before bedtime. Every pet has their own personality, so I adapt to their needs — whether that means extra playtime for energetic pups, a calm space for shy ones, or simply being close by for companionship.”
