Pet care experience
I grew up with one or two dogs (labradors and spaniels have a soft spot in my heart) at any given time and have had plenty of experience walking and caring for their needs. Bathing, walking, playing, giving medication, cleaning up their messes… etc. I also have experience house/dog sitting over the past several years. I have cared for both dogs and cats separately and together. Currently I’m between jobs and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule during the work week and weekends and am excited to meet your pets!

Heyward is wonderful, very kind and responsible and adores pets! She has walked and cared for our spaniel and he loves her! I completely trust her to follow through with any specific requests I have for his care, and our dog thinks she is awesome too!

Heyward is always reliable, communicative, and thoughtful, making sure Sally gets the perfect mix of exercise, care, and affection. Heyward is awesome with my toy poodle Cali! Cali can be a little high-maintenance, but Heyward is super patient and always so sweet with her. Cali gets super excited whenever she sees her, which honestly says it all. I totally trust Heyward and always feel good knowing Cali’s in great hands.

I am currently in between graduate school and starting work. I live in West End/Dupont Circle/Foggy Bottom and I can be flexible in that general area and Georgetown/Logan Circle during the work week and most weekends!
