Reliable, flexible, compassionate, and active veterinary professional and large dog owner. Strong history working with animals in many settings including volunteer shelters, at home fear free veterinary visits, doggie darecare, and hospitals. Responsible and versed in veterinary medicine should the unthinkable happen. Owner of a 2.5 year old pointer mix so working consistantly on training and meeting her daily exercise needs is a priority. I also make all her dog food and treats. As a commited dog-mom myself, I understand the importance of caring for animals as they were my own- and abiding by any and all owner's detailed requests.

Heather looked after my dog, Maisy, and 2 cats while I went away for 4 days. She was great!! Communication was excellent with lots of detailed updates and pictures. It was very reassuring to hear how they were making out. She walked Maisy twice a day and gave her lots of love 🥰. It’s clear she has a lot of experience with cats and dogs! You can tell she genuinely loves these pets. And to top it off, I came home to a clean house! She even took out the trash. It is so nice to know I have found a trustworthy person to come into my home and take such good care of my pets while I am away. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again!!

I recently left my full time veterinary technician position to prioritize a better work/ life balance. My Bonnie mix requires lots of exercise and I am thrilled to beable to provide her that attention while still being of service to owners who love their pets like I do.
