Hannah is amazing!! She was able to come by on short notice and help me out. Highly recommend her! She gave great updates via photos and videos. She also kept in communication with me about anything I needed.

Unfortunately, our experience with Hannah/Madisyn was not positive. Despite going over clear instructions and an agreed schedule, they were not followed. There were repeated issues with timing, lack of communication, and failure to manage the dogs’ routine as requested. Safety concerns also arose, including a dog escaping the crate and the home, which were not communicated to us. Accidents in the house were not properly addressed, even though cleaning supplies were provided. We did offer reminders during the stay, but did not see improvements in punctuality or communication. While she did show care for one of our dogs and spent time with our cat, the overall lack of reliability and follow-through means we cannot recommend her.
