Cat care experience
As a child I was truthfully scared of cats, my thought process was "what do you mean they have small razors on their feet, no thank you!" However, when I started working for Rover five years ago I realized that cats are silly little balls of fluff who need to learn about a person and earn their trust. My first rover client was two cats so it was a steep learning curve. In the last five years, my outlook has changed dramatically with cats and I can say it helps to have two of my own. With the combination of having both worked with cats for so long and having two of my own, I have a large understanding of how to work with and meet the needs of my kitty clients. I am not afraid to deep clean a litter box or scrub out an automatic water dispenser if you plan to be gone for a long time. And don't worry, I won't get offended if your fur baby doesn't warm up to me on day one. I'll take my time and earn their trust.

Hannah came to check in on our boy while we were out for the day. She was very professional and I felt confident knowing that she is a dog trainer and quite knowledgeable when it comes to dog care. She followed our instructions perfectly, sent updates as well as photos from his walk, and even spent extra time playing with him. We will definitely be booking again soon!🐾
Hannah did a wonderful job walking my husky. It was a last minute booking and she replied right away and was so accommodating. My dog loved her immediately! You can tell she loves animals and really cares about her clients. I would definitely book her again!

Ever since I was a child I have grown up with dogs, cats, lizards, frogs, hamsters, fish, guinea pigs, and chickens. This helps me be comfortable with any type of pet. When I was 7 my parents began to give me more responsibility with our dogs; those included, feeding, watering, walking, and training. 9 years later we got my dog Jax and I spent months training him. I enjoy working with dogs of all shapes and sizes. After all, it is my job to be there for them in whatever way I can.

(If you are unable to be reached) >Do they have any favorite games or toys? >Does your pet have any allergies that I need to be aware of? >(If dog) Is your dog reactive to people, cars, or other dogs? (This will ense safe and happy walks)
A typical day
Wagging tails and wet kisses aren't all I look forward to when I come to see your fur baby. When hired for a walk I look into the best parks and walking trails near your house ahead of time so that your pet and I can get a good walk in every time! When you need someone to pop in on your pup or kitty while you're at work I ensure that they are fed and given a good amount of loving in your absence. Lastly, while you are away for the weekend and need me to watch them for you I go above and beyond in the love and cuddles for your little love. I ensure that your pet has no worries without you there, also, I provide you with ample photos so that you know how well your little (or big) baby is doing while you're away.

Hello! My name is Hannah Wagner and I am a recent college graduate living in Chino Hills. I recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelor's in music education. As it stands currently Rover is one of three part-time jobs I have and I build my weekly schedule accordingly. I do have some time blocks that are nonnegotiable such as Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm-9 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-2 pm and Sundays from 12 pm-6 pm. On those days and times, I have work at PetSmart as a dog trainer. My mission with Rover is to provide a safe and loving experience for you and your fur babies. I also want to create a bond with your pet because who doesn't love being greeted with a wagging tail and wet kisses? This bond is something that I think sets me apart from other sitters, I put in the time and effort to get to know your pet. I enjoy knowing what toys they like, where they enjoy being pet, and what their favorite treats are.
