I am always willing to go for midday lunch walks (in the Ankeny/Polk City area) or weekend check ins in the metro, while you are out and about being social. My husband works blue collar, so sometimes I have a lot of time to myself while he’s working, I’d love to fill in with walks at night or weekends in the Highland Park/Saylor TWP/Beaverdale areas, but willing to venture out into the metro.

I like to know: age, name, & their comfortability with new people and new dogs. I love dogs, of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with 135+ lb dogs and 5 lb dogs; I won’t say no to a single one, even if they have their quirks.
A typical day
We can go on walks in the neighborhood, or if comfortable, we can hop in the car and go for walks in new places for the dog to explore!

I’ve been around animals my whole life, of all shapes and sizes. I love all animals. I’ve grown up with working dogs, big dogs, feral cats, farm animals, horses, and everything in between.

Hannah was amazing with our cats! She treated them like they were her own and took such great care of them while we were away. She even fixed our litter robot when it stopped working and cleaned up a plant the cats knocked over. It was such a relief knowing they were in such good hands. I highly, highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter!
We found at the last minute that one of our dogs was feeling unwell, & we were uncertain about leaving him with our dogsitter for the first time. We contacted Hannah about this the night before, & mutually agreed to cancel her sitting. We still wanted to make sure she was paid for her time, even though she wasn't caring for the pups, so we didn't officially cancel the date with Rover. Hannah was very gracious about it, & checked in with us for several days after (through texts), to see how our dog was faring. We appreciated her caring & concern!
Hannah performed her dog sitting for us with love, patience, & courage. We left our older dog & much younger pup for a 4 day long-planned family graduation trip. Our older dog had been having some vet-puzzling (& us!) symptoms & behavior that were under control before we left. Unfortunately, they returned while we were gone (& 1000+ miles away). Hannah worked lovingly, professionally, & tirelessly to keep our older pup as calmed & cared for as she could while we were gone. She also cared beautifully for our pup. We appreciate everything she did, knowing that she gave 1000% effort in a near impossibly difficult situation. We highly recommend Hannah to anyone that needs a loving, caring, professional for their dog sitting needs! Thank you a million & ten, Hannah!
