Lots of time for playing!
I've always been an animal lover and have regularly owned dogs (and taken care of friends' and family members' dogs) since high school. My husband and I often work from home, and our flexible schedule allows for lots of trips to the park. We spend plenty of time outside. If your dog is indoors-y, that's okay, too! We'll settle in with a good rope. More about me: I moved to New York from the Midwest to work for the New York State Arts Council. I now work as the director of my own nonprofit, Flower City Folk, and for a regional arts organization. In our free time, my husband and I enjoy fixing up our old house, gardening, hiking, and eating good food. Please feel free to message with any specific questions or concerns.

Hannah was great and very flexible when she watched our two pups. They had a great time and were tired and happy when we picked them up every day.
Odin stayed with Hannah over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time! He came home happy and tired! Would definitely book with Hannah again!

Schedule
Although I work in an office a couple days a week, my schedule is totally flexible. My time is my own... and your dog's! Let me know how I can accommodate your needs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a big fenced yard and live in close proximity to two city parks. Your dog will have opportunities to play, take leisurely walks, explore our neighborhood's community gardens, and snooze on our big front porch. Our dog, Archie, loves spending time with all kinds of other dogs. A gentle giant, he's just as happy to play and socialize as he is to let guests have their space. We carefully supervise any interaction and ensure that everyone is on their best behavior.
Pets
A typical day
I run regularly and would be happy to take your dog with me on jaunts around the neighborhood. We take Archie on 3 walks a day to neighborhood businesses and our nearby parks. Your dog is welcome to join for our next adventure.
