Pet care experience
I grew up in a home with many animals including: dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, desert tortoises, bunnies, birds, and chickens. I grew up with the responsibilities of helping care for these animals. Currently, I have a 13 year old Lhasa Apso named Kernel. He is a very sweet dog who gets along with every dog and human he meets. He is very low energy but still has a bounce in his step. He likes to sleep a lot but can also keep up on long walks. I enjoy taking him on some trails near my house or to the beach. I have cared for many different dog breeds including: golden retrievers, labs, pit bulls, chihuahuas, french bulldogs, poodles, English mastiffs, Australian shepherds, border collies, heelers, huskies, and others. I have cared for puppies as well as older dogs, pets that need extra care, attention, or medication. My dog is currently loosing his sight and is on eyedrops twice daily so I am very capable of administering medication if needed as well as able to care for pets with special needs. I have cared for blind dogs and dogs post surgery. I have many years experience with house and pet sitting, dog walking, day care, and drop in visits. My house is located near the beach and many trails where I take my dog everyday. I always keep a good eye on the animals in my care. Our neighborhood is quiet with little car traffic. I have a vehicle. I live with my partner and his two dogs, a husky Australian shepherd mix, and cane corso mix. Both very sweet girls. If I was to board your dog, they would have some playmates. When I house sit, I only bring my older small Lhasa apso dog with me. Your pet will receive lots of care and love at my home or yours.

Hannah house sat for over one week with our dog, 2 cats and assorted other household critters. She did a fantastic job taking great care of the household. She communicated frequently and even took our dog on special hikes and walks. Thank you Hannah for your terrific help.
Echo had a great day with Hannah! She played fetch with Echo in her yard and took her on a hike near her house. Hannah met all of Echo's high energy puppy needs. Would book again!
Hannah was wonderful ! It was easy to communicate with her through text and get pictures of my dog while I was away. She took my dog to the beach and hiking. I recommend her and my dog had a great time!!

I will be overly attentive to make sure I am following your guidelines, and fulfilling your needs and desires when it comes to the care of your house and your animal friends. I will need to bring my dog with me for over-night stays at your home. He is extremely friendly, house trained, very chill/low energy, neutered, non-shedder, hypoallergenic, does not bite/bark/or scratch. He is a Lhasa Apso around 13 years of age, around 20 lbs. For at my home care: I live with my partner and his two dogs, Australian shepherd husky mix and cane corso mix, two very sweet girls, love to play and run, as well as my 13 year old Lhasa apso dog who is very friendly, low energy, and loves every dog he meets. My dog sleeps on the bed with me. I am flexible to having your pup join us on the bed or provide a nice bed for them on my floor or in a crate if provided. I allow doggies on the furniture but will follow any guidelines you have set with your pet. I take our dogs out every day on a walk around our neighborhood or the beach or a trail up in the mountains.

I love to take the dogs I watch on walks around the neighborhood, the beach, on a hike in the mountains, play games with them and give them lots of love.

Availability
My schedule is currently very open and flexible! I am self employed and work primarily from home. I am available most days of the week and weekends. I care for my dog so I am going on walks with him at least once a day.
