I live in a row-house in a very dog-positive neighborhood. While we personally do not own one, my partner and I long to eventually have one of our own. We are within reasonable walking distance from the Bernard Dog Run near the 3 Rivers Heritage Trail (Lawrenceville) as well as Arsenal Park, and have a small fenced in area for additional time outside. I am very active and able to take dogs for runs if necessary. Our place has a fair amount of stairs so it may be a challenge for pets who have limited mobility, though there is sufficient space on the ground floor for moving around, kenneling, etc.

Between having family pets and dog-sitting for friends and neighbors, I have enjoyed taking care of dogs for as long I can remember. I grew up around and worked with various breeds, puppies, small to large dogs, and some older pups. My experience includes routine feeding, grooming, bathroom breaks, play time, walks, and in the case of friends and neighbors, boarding at my place or on-site care at their homes. When looking after pets at a neighbors house while they were away, I also watered plants and did assorted chores around the house if/when needed. I am also comfortable being around cats and doing cat chores, as my family has had multiple cats around most of my life. I am a quick learner and an adaptable person, and I feel my flexibility and passion for dogs makes me a great choice for your pet care needs.

Haley was super helpful. She took care of my cats and was quick to reply to my messages. She always took pictures and let me know how the cats were doing.
Haley was very accommodating-came by before we left to get keys & meet our geriatric cat. It’s obvious she loves pets & is very conscientious. Next time we head out of town we’ll have her take care of the dog as well as the cat!
She kindly did a meet-and-greet with us before our first appointment. She worked with our ever-changing schedule, and we will definitely be using her in the future.
Haley is reliable and great with Lottie! Highly recommend!!
