Haichen was simply brilliant with me and my dog Jade. She established a connection with my dog immediately and she even met up the day before the booking to meet Jade. Haichen was so attentive and caring. She was such a great addition to my graduation day, made my day stress-free knowing Jade was so well take care. Haichen was extremely friendly and clearly very good with dogs. It is clear my dog had a very good stay with her, he also liked being able to access the garden. Haichen was also very good at keeping in touch and keeping me updated with small pictures and videos - so I felt I knew what he was up to and was able to relax on my weekend away. I was very impressed.
