Wags N' Whiskers Pet Care • cat & dog boarding • doggie day-care About Me: My name is Gwendolyn and I have owned cats, dogs, gerbils, hamsters, etc. my entire 23 years of life. I have always had a strong connection with animals and enjoy the outdoors. In typical fashion, I decided to make them the entire reason for my existence. Pet boarding is my career and I am home 24/7 to provide your furbabies, as well as my own, with the love and care they deserve.. and then some! I am currently studying to become a pet groomer and during my spare time I volunteer at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter primarily as a cat volunteer. I have experience administering medication and can provide basic grooming for both cats and dogs. Certifications: •Fear Free Shelter

I strive to keep your pets happy, healthy, and both mentally and physically stimulated under 24/7 supervision. Wags N' Whiskers is a Kennel-free alternative to larger kennel boarding facilities. You can rest easy knowing your furry loved ones are safe and in capable hands. Wags N' Whiskers accepts all breeds. Wags N' Whiskers gives each pet one long walk per day around the rural Porter Corners area and has outdoor trolleys for potty time and outdoor fun. Wags N' Whiskers also has a cat lounge room to relax and unwind from any doggy guests.

Because I board kennel-free, it is important for us to set up a meet and greet beforehand. I have to know your pet(s) will be okay with other cats and dogs around as I board up to three clients on any given day. It is also important for me to know whether or not your pet is crate trained or enjoys car rides if we need to make a quick run to the store. I cannot leave them unsupervised in good faith without being crated at my house while we go to the store. Last but not least I would like to know your pet's vaccination status and whether they are showing any signs of sickness before they board at my home. All the information I need before your furbabies stay will be given to me by you, and signed, before their stay or I cannot board your pet(s). I will send you the link to the Boarding Intake Form and Contract during the end of our meet and greet to ensure you recieve it.
A typical day
A Typical Day: Would include safe fun games and toys to mentally stimulate your pet along with walks around the rural area, frequent potty breaks and play out in the backyard, and naps on the couch.

Availability
Caring for your pets is my livelihood and I do it because it is my passion. I am home with them 24/7 with the occasional store run.(To be honest I get almost everything shipped to my house).
