I have used Gulnur's services before, and have always experienced her as a warm and kind person. This time however, she mentioned she is going through personal issues and her work is getting affected. I came home to quite a dirty place, and instructions were not followed. My cat's litter had not been refilled for 3 days, and litter box had not been cleaned properly. In addition her treats were not given, and the sink was wet. All this despite detailed instructions left in the notes I write diligently and leave for sitters. I do hope that Gulnur is able to get over her personal issues, because my speechless and vulnerable kitty certainly did not deserve the trauma of not being able to use her litter box, she is very fastidious and a stickler for hygiene. All the effort I go to, to give her a safe, happy and healthy space when I am away, goes to nothing when a sitter does not live up to the basic instructions. I am very saddened by this experience and Gulnur's negligence with my cat.
Gulnur took great care of my cat while I was gone for 2 weeks. She was caring and attentive (including checking in that it was normal for my cat to be hiding), and my cat was happy when we got back :) Thanks Gulnur!!
She did a great job with our two kitties over the holidays. One needed a cone and was restricted to one room for part of the time and everything went smoothly. Would recommend!
Gulnur was amazing and Shona loved her ! She is communicative , punctual, responsive and above all very caring . Shona and I loved having her stay at home, and hope she will stay over again in the future.
