Hello! Thanks for visiting our profile. We are Grace and Rhodri, and we’re experienced and trusted, full time pet and home sitters. Our experience is in taking care of:
 - Dogs, (Puppies, new borns, older & nervous dogs) 
- Cats & kittens - Chickens - Smaller animals - parrots, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish & bearded dragons - House plants, gardens & veggie patches. The majority of our experience is with dogs, covering different breeds, rescues, age ranges, personalities and characteristics, but we welcome any requests with any type of animal. We are responsible, easy going and caring people, and we are very grateful to spend our time doing something we thoroughly enjoy, you can rest assured that your pet will get everything it needs in our care. Happy to feed, walk, bathe, groom, administer medication, love and snuggle your pets in a tailored, caring way to ensure their wellbeing is tip-top, as if you’d never even left. We have some experience in raising and training puppies (age 4months - 9months), but also have encountered old souls that needed specific care and attention. We are patient, diligent and can be strict if your pet requires firm boundaries. We are flexible and adaptable to your needs regarding both your pet and home, and you are welcome to leave us a list of instructions, including watering various plants around your house and garden. If you're wondering why some of our references aren't showing as a 'Verified booking' - it's because we both have Rover profile pages, mine based in Devon & Rhodri's based in South Wales where he's from, so we have clients from both areas. If we have time before our confirmed sitting we like to organise a ‘Meet and Greet’ to introduce ourselves to your pet(s) whilst in your company, for them to become acquainted with their new carers, then when the sit comes around they feel relaxed and at ease. In the past we've received last minute requests leaving no time for a prearranged meet up, in this case, we set up a video call & have a chat asking you to explain their behaviours in detail. If you have a particularly anxious pet, (dogs specifically) we are happy to plan in extra pre-meet up dates for us to come along and get to know them more in depth before the sit - in the past previous clients have booked us for walks or just paid bookings to spend time with them. A little bit about ourselves.. you can probably tell from our photos that we are animal enthusiasts, although our love of travel means we’re unable to adopt our very own. We occasionally imagine a place to ‘settle down’ and form our very own crew of dogs, cats, goats & chickens. We spent two years in Sri Lanka during the pandemic & found ourselves stranded in the tropics caring for various troops of pooches and pussy cats. Living on the beach, as well as coconut & tea plantations we took care of (& fell in love with) the most charismatic creatures. Grace was raised with two German Shepherds, and was always around other dogs belonging to extended family and family friends. She loves to spend time with 'Merlot', her Dad’s Newfoundland. Rhodri was always a ‘Cat man’ growing up & they had any array of different moggies, but he now loves dogs just as much (if not more!). Before we became full time pet sitters, Grace carved up her time between working for a youth development programme and travelling the world, working and living in more than 30 different countries. Rhodri had various different jobs; a data analyst, a Welsh speaking PA and a semi-professional footballer in the Welsh Premier League. In our free time you’ll likely find us planning a hike, reading a good book, rolling out the yoga mat or watching a film.
