Medical doctor with a great passion for animals
I grew up with a dog, Spot, who had been an incredible childhood companion. When I moved out of my parents' home for medical school, I realized that spending time with pets is essential to me, and I started pet-sitting pets (both dogs and cats) of friends, and it was a lovely experience. I work full-time, but I am extremely happy to care after pets during evenings and weekends. I am happy to take care of older and very active young animals :) I have a lot of experience with pets, but the pet's owners always know better about the specific animal I will work with. I will follow all the instructions given and try to care for the pet in the most consistent way as they are used to.

Giovanna dropped in on Isla while we were out for the day. She send us updates and a video and Isla had a good time with her. We will surely book Giovanna again in the future. Thank you.
Giovanna and Richi went above and beyond to take great care of our dog under normal circumstances, and even more when our flight was delayed getting back home. They're absolutely wonderful people and we'll definitely be booking a third time.

Giovanna is, quite simply, fabulous. We were in Cambridge for the day with our rescue, Fleur. Giovanna helped us out hugely in looking after Fleur. Great communication, so helpful and kind. Giovanna was a very ‘ safe pair of hands’ in taking fleur out for a walk, keeping her hydrated on a hot day, & then providing a calm environment for Fleur to snooze. We are so grateful & hugely recommend Giovanna to you . Such a charming , practical lady who established an immediate rapport with us , & fleur . A gem!
Giovanna was a wonderful sitter for Lyla! She took her on lovely long walks, played with her, and gave her everything she needed. Giovanna sent me regular updates and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!

I spend my weekends home and sometimes I work from home. In those days I am available for dog sitting, I love having walks to the park and doing it with a dog is always more fun:)

Since I don’t have a pet of my own at the moment, I cherish the days of dog sitting. I spend a lot of time between walks and games or on the couch with them (based on the mood/energy level of the dog in question, we always manage to find our balance:)
Une journée type
It depends on what's the dog is used to. We can go on walks (I usually go towards granchester, as there are no cars) or runs (if the dog is used to it/is a very energetic dog). If the dog is used to catch the ball we can play in the garden.
