At home, I care for my 7 year old dog Rocco, who’s well trained and generally very well behaved. He has his own cozy space behind a gate in the living room, which he happily calls his abode. I keep his routine consistent with fresh food and water twice a day, plus a treat once a day. He gets a good walk in the morning to take care of business and a longer one in the afternoon to get his energy out. He’s my little shadow around the house and often sleeps beside my bed. When I was living with my significant other, we had four dogs in total. I regularly helped walk our husky, Nico, in the afternoons and took care of our Australian shepherd puppy, Layla, who’s just 2 years old. I’m comfortable handling dogs of different breeds, ages, and temperaments, and I always prioritize their safety, happiness, and well being.
