Gabriel B. watched my two Golden Retrievers, Cooper and Daisy, for five days while I was out of town, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Before I even left, he took the time to meet both dogs, letting Daisy warm up to him at her own pace since she’s naturally a little shy around new people. The moment that really stood out happened on the second day. Cooper managed to push open the backyard gate during a thunderstorm and wandered into the front yard. Gabriel noticed immediately, calmly called him back, secured the gate with a temporary latch, and texted me within minutes to let me know exactly what happened. He even sent photos showing Cooper was safe and happily back inside. Instead of panicking, he handled the situation confidently and professionally. Throughout the stay, Gabriel sent morning and evening updates with pictures of the dogs playing, eating, and relaxing on the couch. Those little updates made it much easier to enjoy my trip knowing they were in good hands. He even stayed an extra hour on my return day because my flight was delayed, making sure they weren’t left alone longer than expected. If I had to describe Gabriel in just a couple of words, I’d say dependable and compassionate. His communication was excellent…quick responses, proactive updates, and complete reliability from start to finish. I never had to wonder how things were going because he kept me informed every step of the way. I would trust Gabriel with my pets again without hesitation.
