Pet loving Grandma
Pet care experience
I've always loved animals, and several dogs have "owned" me over the years. I lost my bestest girl about 2 years ago and I still mourn her. Now that I'm retiring, I can't think of a better way to spend my time than helping care for your furry family members. I have experience with senior dogs, as well as giving meds. I've watched pets for friends and family for years.

Reviews

Christie watched my Ragdoll cat for five days. She gave me great communication and came to meet us before the visits to get to know him. I was very impressed.!

Christy was a super sitter for our somewhat anxious dog. We really appreciated her help with the dog, and she was great to communicate and work with! We would love to have her work with us again in the future.

Christy was very professional and excellent communicator. She came by to meet my dog a week or so before the walk. The evening before the walk, she mentioned that it was going to be extremely hot (110 heat index!) so she offered to walk my dog earlier in the morning and later in the evening to make sure my pup stayed safe in the heat. I really appreciated that! Christy is also very personable! Highly recommend.
Christy is a true animal lover. I knew my dog and cat were in great hands when I left them in her care. I would always recommend her, she is very trust worthy also.

I live alone so your pet/s will have all my attention. I live in an apartment and will walk your pup several times a day with at least one long (@2 miles) walk if weather and their health allows. I allow pets on the furniture and on the bed if they are used to that. I'm happy to send update pics during the day. I admit that I have lots for my favorite pet friends, but I don't often do selfies, so the pics on here show pets that I've cared for doing activities, but don't include me.

Information Frances "Christy" C. would like to know about your pet
It's important that I know of quirks, likes, and dislikes because it helps me understand your pet's personality and we will be able to communicate with each other better. Their usual schedule for feeding (along with any special instructions), walking, and bedtime is needed, too.
A typical day
We will explore the outdoors by visiting the local park (dog park, if you are comfortable with that), as well as walk four times a day with one of those being a really long walk (weather permitting). We'll play fetch and snuggle on the couch until bedtime and then sleep together (if your pet is used to that).

Availability
I'm currently retired and only working for a few hours on Tuesdays - and am home by 1:00 on Tuesdays, so I'm able to give long walks and snuggles. I'm able to stay in your home any day of the week.
