Filomena was great with my dog, Rosie. She went above and beyond what a typical sitter does. She sent many messages, pictures, and offered to pick her up/drop her off. She is also very understanding and follows the schedule. We were able to rest assured that our dog Rosie was in good hands.

Filomena was truly an exceptional dog sitter, she exceeded all our expectations! From the very beginning, communication with her was easy and clear. She was responsive and thoughtful and always made sure to ask about our preferences for Apollo’s care before doing anything. Scheduling the meet and greet was a breeze, and she warmly welcomed us into her home. She took the time to explain what we could expect while Apollo was in her care, and he instantly loved her. He felt comfortable right away, which was such a relief. When it came time for her to care for Apollo, he was thrilled to see her again, he even cried happy tears when he saw Filomena, which made us feel so at ease leaving him with her. Throughout his stay, she sent frequent updates, including photos and videos, and shared how he was eating and adjusting. In every picture, he looked happier and more relaxed. One in particular showed him lying on his back with his paws in the air, completely at peace, feeling safe and loved. It was clear Filomena treated Apollo like her own dog, and we are so grateful to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving, and responsible dog sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
