Evie was absolutely amazing with my cat, Nabi. From the start, she was incredibly accommodating and was even able to help with a last-minute booking, which took a huge weight off my shoulders! What really stood out was how attentive she was to all the details. Nabi’s setup isn’t the most straightforward—the litter disposal is outside through the garage, her food and water are on a different floor, and she has her own little routine—but Evie handled everything perfectly without missing a beat. I never had to worry about whether instructions were being followed. More importantly, it was obvious that Evie genuinely cared about Nabi and wasn’t just stopping by to complete a checklist. Nabi loves having company and can be particular about people, but she quickly became comfortable around Evie. By the end of the booking, it was clear they had formed a bond, and seeing Nabi so relaxed and affectionate in the updates gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. Evie was reliable, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I came home to a happy cat and everything exactly as it should be. I would trust her with Nabi again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets like family.
