We work from home most of the time so one of us is always around. This means plenty of company, a calm environment and usually two walks a day with lots of cuddle in between.

We live in a flat with no other pets. When dogs are at home the balcony is kept shut at all times. Dogs stay indoors with us, are always supervised and are welcome on the sofa, which quickly becomes their favourite spot

A typical day
Apart from regular walks, we enjoy longer, relaxed walks along the canal and in nearby parks, giving dogs time to explore and sniff. At home, we play with balls and toys, encourage gentle play and make sure dogs have a good mix of activity and downtime throughout the day.

We’re Evelyn and Rafael, a dog loving couple who’ve spent the past three years caring for friends’ dogs on short stays. We both grew up with dogs 🐶 and we love them so much We usually walk them twice a day and focus on keeping things calm, familiar and fun with plenty of attention, cuddles, and routine.

Evelyn is amazing with Mango and he is very happy to stay with her. She really prompt with her replies and very flexible. I appreciate that she sends updates without me chasing and puts me at ease to see him happily following her into her building.
Evelyn and her partner took amazing care of our Colby - he came back relaxed and happy. They sent lots of updates and shared a report afterwards which was great to keep us in the loop! We plan to leave Colby with them again as it went so well ❤️ thank you!
Evelyn has looked after Riley a few times now and I am always happy, Riley can be timid with new people but she seams happy to go. Recommend.
