Walks outdoors, interactive play, and quality time. I like to tire them out, while still being careful not to put too much strain on older/special needs pets. A fairly consistent hour-to-hour schedule helps me make sure the animals needs are met, and also gives me insight into how they communicate their needs/wants

I am sturdy, patient, and playful. My foundational knowledge of animals comes from my upbringing in a livestock farm. From on the job guard dogs to end-of-life care for our retired herding dog. I’m familiar with all kinds of animals, and the unique personalities of each of our cherished companions. I do pet care because it makes me happy. Life can be complicated but working with animals comes easy for me. If you have any questions, I’m an open book!

Evan was great! Very communicative, took good care of the pups and my home. Will definitely book again.
We have booked Evan twice now. This time he also helped us with some last minute house sitting tasks we popped at him with little notice. He took good care of our cat and we will definitely try to get him again if he is available.
This is the second time I’ve booked Evan, and he was awesome again. I booked him while traveling and he was extremely easy to communicate with and very flexible when I needed to make last-minute schedule changes. I actually ran into him a couple of times during the week — once because I arrived back early while he was still out walking the dogs — and it was very clear Chloe and Chumi were being well cared for. They were calm, comfortable, and showed no signs of distress. Evan is pleasant, smiley, professional, and reliable. Everything was smooth from start to finish and I felt completely at ease trusting him with my dogs. I would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him.
I was traveling out of town and found Evan last minute, and I’m so glad I did. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible when coordinating the schedule. I needed to skip one day, and he knew exactly how to set it up in the system without any hassle. I was also able to add an extra walk the night before, which he accommodated seamlessly. Evan has a very cheerful, friendly personality, and I felt completely comfortable messaging back and forth and talking with him. I was staying at a hotel, and he took great care of my space and belongings—everything was left neat and in perfect order. He did an excellent job with my dogs, and I genuinely think he even helped with training my new puppy because I’ve noticed a positive difference. I’m confident I’ll be using Evan again whenever I’m traveling to the Bay Area and need dog walks. Highly recommend!
