Currently I work with Woofies, which is very similar to Rover, just not completely independent. So technically I don’t have a primary job except this! This will probably change but if I’m successful enough you can rely on me frequently :)

Always make sure they are fed and comfortable, taken out, and try to get some of their energy out so their isn’t any issues. With some of the rougher ones I’ve learned being gentle is all they need.

Medications needing to be administered, type of energy (shy, hyper, not friendly around other dogs) just basic information about your animal should be more than enough!
A typical day
Depending on their age and energy I love taking them outside to explore a bit to expend some of that energy. I then take them inside to some treats, fresh water and play time, usually by then they would need a nap and I’d repeat until the time is up.

Pet care experience
I was raised around dogs, and have been taking care of them for more than 10 years. I also have experience volunteering at a dog shelter, and have no problem handling bigger dogs or cleaning up after any animals :)

First time using Rover and Ethan. I am very happy with him and the care he provided for my pets. He was on time as scheduled, did everything I asked, my pets liked him, and his rates are very affordable. Will definitely be using Ethan again when we go out of town to take care of my fur babies.
Ethan has always been really great with animals. We have a westi poo, Lucy, who we have had since Ethan was just 7 years old. He gives her love and takes great care of her every day, including feeding, walking and bathing when needed. He also volunteered at a pet shelter when he was in High School and he really enjoyed that. I feel Ethan would thrive as a dog walker/sitter. He truly loves all animals and does a fantastic job attending to their needs.
