I’m currently a full time as a high school teacher, so from 7:35-3:05 on week days, I’m usually at work. If I am pet sitting during the week, I head straight to the pets at the end of the work day. On weekends, I am able to dedicate most, if not all, of the day to spending time with your pets. This is also the case over the summer.

Please let me know a head of time if your pets have any specific dietary needs, medications, or other medical issues that I need to be aware of. I prefer to meet the pets I babysit a head of time, not only so I can learn more about their needs, but also so they become familiar with me.
A typical day
One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is taking for walks! Especially in the evening during the summer time. If you have a dog that can’t walk far, I’m also happy to spend time with them in the comfort of their yard.

Hello! I’m Erin, a full-time high school teacher and pet-sitter on the side. I’m an animal lover and I have been pet sitting for 10+ years. I have a ton of experience caring for a variety of dog breeds and cats, as well as a few smaller animals (rabbits, hamsters, birds, and fish). I’m calm, caring, and patient, with a soft spot for senior animals. I’ve had a great deal of experience caring for my own senior pets (both dogs and cats). I’ve provided care for animals with diapers, medication, and mild mobility issues. I’m also experienced in caring for diabetic cats and administering insulin, as I’ve helped two of my rescues go into remission. I strive to provide the best care possible for pets, and peace of mind for their owners! Please be aware that starting August 25th, I will be at work from 7:35 am-3:05 pm.

Erin took the time to come over and meet me and Zoe ahead of time and kept me informed of when she was there and how things were going.
Erin did a great job watching our older dog. She came to our house and met him in advance. While we were away she sent us pictures and took good care of our dog and our house. It was a relief to find someone so trustworthy. I would 100% recommend her and hopefully we’ll be able to engage her again!
Erin is an awesome lady who went above and beyond in caring for our two dogs, caring for our home, and keeping us informed. Highly recommend!
