This was our first time with Erin, and she did great with our older suspicious-of-strangers kitties, who often hide when there unfamiliar people around. Erin was responsive to my requests and good at communicating. She was even able to coax one of them in the playing by the last day. We hope to have Erin care for our kitties again.
Erin is amazing. Our pup was the most happy fella. She is thorough and provides frequent updates with videos and pictures and is an overall awesome person. We were beginning to worry that our pup loved her more than us. :)
Erin is fantastic!
Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very communicative, proactive in getting to know our dogs and their needs, and even did a meet and greet in advance of her visits. This is the only time we have someone other than our family take care of our dogs and Erin made us feel so comfortable. We will certainly be using her again in the future.
