Erin D. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.

This sitter didn't work out well. The last day was very unsettleing as Erin virtually ran from the house and didn't give me any feedback about the stay. My dog was not walked and was not acting herself for the rest of the evening. She flinched twice when I touched her and was distant, very very unusual as she is always very affectionate and vocal. My housekeeper. Mary, reported a great deal of mess in the house, especially in the kitchen. Mary cleaned the entire house with the exception of the guest room which Erin told her I had instructed not to be cleaned. I made so such instruction, so Erin obviously lied. I will never engage this sitter again and will probably not use Rover again. I am very disappointed.

Erin has been great to work with. Shows up on time, and helps us out with last minute situations. She's great with our Rita! Rita actually ran to the door after she left this last time. That never happened before. We highly recommend Erin completely.

Hello…. Erin Durand loves animals like they are her own kids. Her attention to detail when caring for them is second to none. She would go above and beyond caring for animals. Erin has had pets all her life and has always made their safety and well being a priority. Given the opportunity to be a caregiver and be part of Rove, Erin wouldn’t disappoint and she would be in an atmosphere she truly loves.
