Please obviously share any medical issues, medicine(s), or extra care that may be needed for your pet. I'm totally fine with administering prescribed medications and/or treatments. Please also note any known allergies and feel free to provide any of your pets favorite treats, toys, and the like.

The neighborhood in which I live has a lovely, shaded walking path through coastal live oaks. The Indian River Preserve is also very close and provides another wonderful walking opportunity in the shaded woods. If your dog likes to swim, I'm positioned in between the beach and the Intracoastal waterway. With your permission your dog will be allowed to swim. I don't mind using extra towels and/or bathing the dog with a gentle outdoor hose. Of course swimming and bathing are optional and completely up to you, but your dog will enjoy time outside regardless. I also visit the Smyrna Dunes Park quite often near sunrise and sunset. With your pet under my care, I'd certainly have them in tow with leash in hand during these cooler hours for a nice boardwalk stroll. If your doggo is younger and of higher energy I may even run with him/her. For senior pets, I am diligent to match activity with the ability of the animal. I'm careful never to push a pet beyond it's physical capacity and happy to provide assistance for the elderly. When our dogs hips began to fail, we had great success assisting them and also lifting them by using a life-vest that provided handles. This device also helped them swim up until their last days.
