Safety, trust & environment
It doesn’t matter to me if you have a fenced yard, I will gladly take your dog for a long walk to get all of their energy out. I have never believed letter a dog out in a fenced yard is enough exercise. Dogs need physical and mental stimulation.
Information Emma K. would like to know about your pet
How does your dog do on walks? If they’re reactive toward dogs or people. What commands do they know? Does your dog take any medications? Does your dog have any allergies or disabilities? Also having emergency contact information for the primary caretaker for the dog and for your primary vet would be ideal.
A typical day
I love to take long walks with pups and quickly learn the best routes for reactive dogs to avoid main traffic areas. I also love to play in the yard with the dogs and work on some basic training.

Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m a dedicated pet lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and needs. At home, I share my life with two wonderful dogs and a cat, who keep me on my toes and remind me every day why I love animals so much. I have extensive experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors, including dogs with mild special needs. I’m very comfortable administering medications (oral, topical—whatever your pup requires) and have done so many times with calm confidence. One of my own dogs struggles with reactivity, so I’ve developed strong skills in managing reactive dogs safely. I know how to read body language, stay calm under pressure, maintain control during walks or encounters, and use positive techniques to keep everyone safe and stress-free. If your dog needs a patient, understanding sitter who won’t get flustered, I’m your person! Beyond dogs, I also have experience caring for cats, rabbits, and even chickens, so I’m happy to look after multi-pet households or other small animals. I work a full-time job Tuesday through Thursday, but I’m mostly available Mondays, Fridays, and full available most weekends for house sitting, drop-ins, or walks. Your pets will get plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles, and personalized attention during those times—I treat every pet like family. I can’t wait to meet your furry (or feathered!) friends and give you peace of mind while you’re away!

Reviews
Emma has always had a compassion for dogs. Ever since she was young she would care for people’s pets if they needed someone reliable and that would treat their pet with as much love and care as they did. She has house sat many times over the years and specifically cared for their dogs. She is kind and patient and loves to walk them, play with them and spoil them. When we’ve needed someone she has always been the first person on our list to call. She is truly awesome and we are glad to have someone so trustworthy!
Emma is excellent with dogs, she’s worked with my two pets multiple times. She plays with and walks my black lab mix all the time and treats her so well! She even plays with my Corgi and snuggles with him! Both of my pups love her. She will always treat your dog very well. You can depend on Emma, I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Emma has had plenty of experience with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I personally have experienced her training dogs, caring for them, walking them and so much more! She is excellent with animals and loves them very much! She is dependable and will treat your pet as if it were her own!
