Emma looked after our Olga the chihuahua twice this year, once in July for 10 nights and another 7 nights in August. In both stays Olga was looked after very well. Emma, what’s apped frequently and gave us updates on how Olga was doing, she also sent over pictures and occasionally nice little videos of Olga playing. Olga is a little fussy with food and does like a little extra things cooked for her and Emma was great at providing that extra little service, like e.g. cooking her an egg when she wasn’t eating her regular food. I would definitely recommend Emma and I will be using her again on my next trip :)

Emma has been taking care of our little pug aged 7 years old for 5 days in her own accommodation. She has been absolutely professional with very great communication skills. She was always messaging without the need from myself to send chasers, she was simply highly reliable. Prior to the dogboarding, she kindly offered to visit us to gather all instructions to be ready when she'd look after our dog. And she made the journey and was very punctual. During our dog's stay she sent some photos, took our dog for a walk in the forest, from her own initiative and Lucky simply enjoyed it. The dogboarding was stress free, she was very flexible in terms of drop off/pick up times, and she took well care of our dog. We felt so relieved to have found such an individual who is so diligent and that can be trusted. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone in search for the perfect dog carer as she is!
