I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. Growing up with family dogs sparked my lifelong love for animals, which led me to begin volunteering at the SPCA at a young age. There, I gained experience caring for all kinds of pets—dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and more. As a teenager, I worked at Hunt Club Farm, where I cared for horses and farm animals, expanding my hands-on experience even further. Now, as a senior at VCU and a part-time substitute teacher, I’m excited to meet and care for even more furry friends. I currently have four beloved family dogs who mean the world to me!
