I am student at Virginia Tech, so coming home over the summer leaves me totally free! I'm eager to have something to fill my time, especially if it's checking in on a puppy every few hours, or getting me active while I'm on break.

I have worked with service dogs, special needs dogs, elderly dogs, almost newborn puppies, and more. Each dog is different and I love learning their needs and patterns over time.

Any special needs or injuries changes the care for your animal! I've cared for elderly animals, animals recovering from surgeries, injured animals, and special needs animals. I am trained to work with certain types of aggression in dogs, like barrier aggression and stranger related aggression, and can identify and manage dangerous situations. If your dog has a form of aggression or any other stressors, communication beforehand is important!

I love to play fetch, run around, and give commands or teach tricks to keep dogs physically and mentally engaged! Most of the time you'll find me snuggled up on the floor, the couch, the grass, or whenever I can be with a puppy in my lap just relaxing.

I've been working and volunteering at a local animal rescue for almost two years, and am comfortable and familiar with dogs of any kind, age, temperament, and more! I'm not afraid to clean up or play with a dog with energy, I've seen it all and have experience with hundreds of dogs!
