Emily is AMAZING! Five stars isn't enough! I found myself in a bit of a bind and turned to Rover for a very last minute booking. Emily responded instantly to my plea for help. A kind and caring soul, she immediately had me at ease with her honesty, thoroughness, and attention to detail. She went out of her way to make time to do a "meet & greet" right away and was an instant hit with my pup, Chop, as well. She was able to arrange for amazing next-day care around an already busy holiday weekend. She took such awesome care of our pup. I was very pleased with the updates each day and pictures of the fun they were having together. My daughter was thrilled to see pictures of Chop out on the town! We came home four days later to find a very happy (albeit a bit tired from their earlier hike) dog, who kept going to the front door wondering when his new friend Emily was coming back. Emily did a beautiful job: she was caring, accommodating, and super responsive -- everything I could ask for. She has my complete confidence and respect. We will absolutely book Emily for the future! (with a little more notice next time, I promise) and I will be certainly recommending her to everyone! Thank you so much Emily for going above and beyond with such short notice. I'm sure Chop can't wait to see you again.
