My extended family goes on vacation each year for a week and I've pet sat for them for 5 years for 2 small dogs and a bird! I also have 3 cats (1 through high school, now I live alone and have 2 kittens of my own) and frequently pet sit for friends in Boston or go to check up on them if they're out of town

Emily has had pets the majority of her life and learned how to properly care for them. As an adult and independent pet owner, she has been responsible in all aspects of caring for and loving a pet. She gets down to the animal's level; she pays attention to their body language and signals; and she is patient. She also takes the time to play. She makes sure the pet feels safe and comfortable and she respects their boundaries. I am very comfortable in having Emily take care of my pet and recommend her highly.

I live near lots of parks and walkways to go on walks. I have 2 very friendly cats who have lots of toys and energy to share. I'm very attentive to my pets, loving, and know their body language very well.

A typical day
I love to go on walks, play with toys, fetch, cuddle, give good belly rubs and scratches, and any other stimulating activities to keep the furry ones active! I'm also happy to just keep them on watch and respect their space if they are older or more introverted.

Availability
I am a server full time so my schedule varies but I am mostly available early morning and night to feed pets if I am working! I have easy access to both car and public transportation and am available to most parts of the city and Greater Boston Area.
