Pet care experience
I’ve had family dogs (and other livestock) that I’ve been responsible for my entire life, and have always been the go-to pet sitter for all my neighbors. You can be sure that your pups will get tons of love, attention, and the care they need with me. I’m also an avid hiker/walker, so an active doggo will be in luck!

Emily is very responsible & has taken great care of our dog when we've been away. Our pup is a handful & she's great with her! She's very thoughtful as well- one trip we returned to a little welcome home basket with homemade bubble bath oil and some other little treats. Emily is super at communication, we've never had to worry when on a trip and you wouldn't either. She's a trustworthy caretaker of your furry companions. :)

I have a fenced back yard with turf and mulch, and plenty of shade for outdoor play. I also live near a trail and multiple parks, which are great for giving the pups some outdoor time. I do have one dog (a Vizsla named Daphne) who is very even tempered and gets along great with other dogs. I do have extra dog beds, but don’t have a crate at this time. If i’m taking care of your dog(s) in your home, I’m very consistent with feeding and walk times, and am able to give them as much attention and outdoor time as the need, given my open schedule.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs/preferences, and I’m happy to take care of those for you. I do prefer to work with dogs that are walk-trained and friendly with other dogs/people, if I will be taking them out. However, I’m more than happy to find alternatives (such as playing outside) to best suit your fur-babies’ needs.
A typical day
When I take care of pets, I love to walk them, give them cuddles, play with their favorite toys, and more! I’m more than happy to take them to their favorite places (beach, park, etc) and give them all the attention they need while you’re away!
