Pet care experience
I’ve grown up having both dogs and cats in my house. At one point, my family had over 6 dogs, along with their puppies, living with me. I am a very big supporter of treats, along with unconditional love for any and all animals. Both of my parents absolutely adore dogs and are always so nice and so loving to any animal they see. I personally love to go on walks and runs, especially in the summer, so your dogs would be getting plenty of exercise. I also enjoy naps, so if you have an older pup or even a dog who just loves to sleep, we will enjoy doing that together too.

Emily has cared for my two pups for a significant amount of time, up to several weeks at a time a couple times a year while my family takes vacations. Both of my dogs love being outside and enjoy daily walks, and Emily make sure they got their walks in regardless or her schedule. Whenever my pups were in her care, I knew I didn’t need to worry. She’s also one to send you pictures of how your babies are doing, so you know they are being loved on!!
Emily has a true love for animals and caring for them . She is very responsible and reliable and I think she would be a wonderful pet sitter.

When I am taking care of your pets in your home, I will ask you boundaries that you set with your pets so I can uphold them even while you are away. I will remain on their feeding schedule (if they have one) as well as do any grooming or give medication necessary for their health.

Please let me know of any medications they are on or special things I need to know regarding their care. I would appreciate being taught their basic commands (sit, stay, come, etc) so I can uphold those same behaviors while you are away.
A typical day
I love taking walks in general, and they’re even more fun with dogs! I let them smell all the smells, explore and get their energy out! I’m also one for naps, so if they’re in the napping mood, I’m right there with them!

Availability
I’m currently working full-time as a restaurant manager. I typically work 7-8 hour shifts, meaning the max time I would be away would be 8-9 hours. When I am not working, I prioritize spending time outside especially when caring for doggos, as well as spending time inside and showing pets lots of love.
