My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I am usually available on short notice weekdays and weekends. Can offer potty breaks/walks every 2-4 hours. Pups are never left alone more than 4 hours at a time.

Our home is completely dog proofed - I am always concerned about safety of our own pup, and pups we may sit for! Food, meds, treats, potentially hazardous items are always out of reach. We do have a small fenced yard but we prefer going on walks, so pups will be getting lots of steps in!

A typical day
Our pup Rocco dictates our daily schedule. We go on walks often, always making sure to bring water and take caution in the heat/cold. I love letting dogs dictate the walk and pace, taking as many sniffs as they want, allowing them to role around in the grass as they wish, or simply sitting with them under a shady tree. I truly watch and respect their cues.

I am a full time nurse practitioner. My schedule is variable but flexible! Happy to be available with short notice unless I’m at work! I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, chickens (one amputee chicken named Itty Bitty who lived in the house for 16 years), one cow named shenty, one pig named Mr Tibbs, one eclectus parrot named Cricket, one iguana named Harry, a snake named Sophie, and a bunny named Tuddy who is potty trained and roams free around the house. I love animals more than people but somehow ended up in nursing. My family has owned beagles and German shepherds. I have experience with border collies and shelties as well. I am a proud mumma to our pit mix, Rocco, who is friendly with other dogs. Would love to run, walk, play, and visit with your pup!

Welly does an awesome job with Toby! Very communicative, takes pictures, and lets us know how our dog Toby did on his walk. We love having her walk Toby when we can’t.
We were in a pinch and needed to find a sitter for Astro while we dealt with a family emergency out of town. I contacted Emanuela (Wellie) along with a few other Rover sitters, and she replied right away. She was very accommodating with me, and she was very caring with Astro. Although it was a quick visit, she sent lots of pics, and Astro had a great time with her, her husband, Jake, and of course, their dog, Rocco. I would absolutely recommend Wellie and will definitely contact her again the next time we leave town.
