I’ve had working dogs since I was 10, so caring for animals has always been part of my life. While living in Australia, I was part of the MadPaws app, where I looked after everything from 7-week-old dachshunds to Great Danes. I also fostered stray dogs until they found their forever homes, which taught me how to adapt to different temperaments and needs. I now have a small business making handmade dog treats (lucky dogs!), so I am at home with my mad cocker spaniel. I’ve also had rabbits and looked after cats over the years. I have a genuine love for animals and truly enjoy spending my time with them — whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company.

Ellie was brilliant. It was like leaving my dogs with a friend or family member. Finding Ellie meant we could visit Alnick Gardens. Her dog Rodney was lovely too and I think my dogs have just had the best day!! Would highly recommend Ellie.
Ellie H. cancelled a booking 4 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Ellie was wonderful in looking over my pup Arlo when I had to unexpectedly go away for a work trip and had very few options. She came to my flat and walked Arlo three times a day, fed him and even took him to my local dog run as well as cuddles. I’ve had her look after him on 2 other occasions as she is not only a reliable friend but a great dog mum! I would highly recommend her to be part of Rover without hesitation.
Ellie has looked after my dogs whenever I’ve been away on holiday or for work. She is kind, dog obsessed and makes the dogs feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend her enough 10/10
