Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life and have lots of experience pet sitting for friends and family. I have worked at a local veterinarians office assisting vet techs, maintaining kennels, preparing medication, bathing dogs, and other various tasks. I have experience with giving oral medication to both dogs and cats. I understand how important pets are in our lives and believe in giving them the best care with lots of love and affection.

Ellie went above and beyond for our senior dog! Not only did she give him all the love and attention he needed, but when our flight was delayed she went back to check on him. We look forward to having Ellie care for our pets in the future!
Ellie was wonderful with our very senior dog, Scout! She helped him with his mobility issues and showed him lots of love, patience and care. We received great pictures throughout their time together, so we we knew everthing was going well. We are so thankful!

I would like to know behavioral tendencies, allergies, how the dog behaves on walks (ie friendly, aggressive, puller), is the dog territorial around certain things? It is also helpful to know how your pet behaves when you are gone (i.e accidents in the house, hiding, nervousness, etc) I would also like to know past history with your pet and previous pet sitters to get a better understanding on their behavior.
A typical day
I love hanging out with all animals! Whether it’s belly scratches, playing fetch, or head rubs, I love being a companion for pets all sizes. Leaving your furry friends alone while you’re away means there’s much needed time for affection and play and I’m happy to be that person!

I have a very flexible remote work schedule and can usually take time out of my day to go for walks, run errands, end early etc. I can very easily accommodate to your needs whether it’s on the weekends or during the work day.
