Ella took a really good care of my dog Kaiser while I was away for two weeks. She sent me updates daily so I knew my dog is in a good hand, my dog had a wonderful time with Ella.

I left my dog Niko with this sitter for 6 days, and it was a horrible experience. She promised daily updates but only sent two the entire time. Most disturbingly, she failed to notify me during the most critical moment: she claims Niko got into a fight with another dog and ended up with a gash on his face — and only told me when I came to pick him up. No message, no call, no update when it supposedly happened. That is extremely suspicious and unacceptable. She also claimed Niko bit her when she tried to break up the fight. My dog has never shown aggression toward any person — ever. I don't believe her version of events. When we got home, Niko drank a full bowl of water, then half of another — and in all the time I’ve had him, I’ve never seen him drink that much at once. Then he pooped twice within minutes, like he hadn’t been walked in days. Worst of all, his entire personality was different. Niko was withdrawn, hiding behind furniture, and looked completely joyless. He seemed emotionally traumatized. To make matters worse, in the bag of toys I had packed for him, I found a shock collar remote — something I never gave permission for. When I asked her about it, she avoided the question and just told me to return it. I strongly suspect she used a shock collar on my dog without consent. Based on everything — the injury, the dehydration, the drastic behavior change, and the presence of the shock collar — I firmly believe Niko was neglected and mistreated while in her care. I would never leave my dog with her again. Please think twice before trusting your pet to this sitter.
