Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because of how flexible and rewarding it is. Since I set my own schedule, I can book pet care clients around my part-time job shifts and study blocks, which helps me stay balanced and productive. Walking dogs gives me a much-needed mental reset from screen time and studying, and it keeps me active throughout the day. It’s also a great way to supplement my income without taking on another traditional job. Most of all, spending time with animals brings me a lot of joy and motivation — it breaks up long study days and reminds me why I love what I do

A typical day
My day starts with soft tail wags and sleepy eyes looking up at me—your pup ready for love and adventure. After a gentle good morning belly rub, we head outside for a nice walk to stretch, sniff, and greet the neighborhood squirrels (very important work!). Breakfast follows, with fresh water and a favorite treat if allowed. Then it’s time for play—tug-of-war, fetch, or maybe just rolling around on the floor together while we soak up the joy only dogs can give. Midday, we enjoy a calm break: lounging in a sunbeam, getting brushed, or even practicing a few fun commands to keep their mind sharp. If they’re the cuddly type, there’s plenty of cozy lap time or sweet head scratches. Later, it’s another walk or backyard time to burn off that afternoon energy. We may visit a dog park or have a little adventure if the pup loves car rides. Dinner is served with care, and the evening winds down with more affection—snuggles, quiet companionship, and making sure they feel safe, seen, and loved until it’s time to tuck them in. Throughout the day, I’m in tune with their needs, moods, and routines—sending updates, photos, and videos to keep you close to the experience, even when you’re away💜
